Congreso: IV Valencia International Meeting on Competition Law: «Compensation of damages in digital markets»

This IV Valencia International Meeting  will be held on November 21 and 22, 2024, dedicated this time to the issue of “Compensation of damages in digital markets”. Find attached the draft version of the programme.

In this session we will have the pleasure and the honour to have Professor  Richard Whish, who will chair the Scientific Committee and will deliver the opening speech.

The event is to be held in person and in English at the Law Faculty of the University of Valencia. Participation in the congress is free of charge for all, with prior registration by e-mail to miquel.aznar@uv.es.

We also open the deadline to submit communications that have to be drafted and presented in English. Papers should address questions related to the congress’ topics and drafted in Word format, Times New Roman size 12, with a maximum length of 15 pages.

Interested should send the communication’s title and a brief abstract of about 4 lines to Miquel Aznar Company (miquel.aznar@uv.es) by 01/11/2024.

The scientific committee of the congress will select the accepted papers within one week and will inform the selected authors.
